Timothy and Oliver Minter, are brothers and the founders of Minter Property. Born in Australia and from a family of builders, they got the meaning of floor plans and building sites at a very early age.
Coming from Engineering and Business backgrounds they learned pretty quickly that they would create a company together, where they could bring their unique blend of technical knowledge and business acumen to the table.
You will find that they might not be your typical developer though, the suits you see in the picture, well…they were for the picture. Their style is to get hands-on involved in every step of their projects. More often than not you will find them at their sites putting together kitchens or wardrobes and a full set of tools shadowing their every move.
Truth is, they are really very meticulous and passionate about their work. There’s a very tangible commitment to delivering high-quality, design-focused spaces in everything they touch, catered for both local and international buyers.
